Translating a document is different from issuing, certifying, notarizing or registering it. This page explains the scope of YIJING’s language services.

What we do

Business, financial and technical contentTranslate, edit and localize the agreed text.No financial audit, technical appraisal, product certification or authenticity investigation is included.

Notarization

Notarization must be performed by the competent notarial institution under the applicable rules. Where it should be arranged depends on the document, place of issue, intended use and receiving institution—not simply the applicant’s nationality. YIJING does not provide notarization.

Apostille and consular legalization

These procedures are handled by the relevant competent authorities. They concern signatures, seals and the origin of public documents under the applicable process; they are not a translation company’s confirmation that the contents are true. YIJING does not issue or provide them.

Translation statements and stamps

A statement about translation accuracy or a company stamp is different from notarization, an apostille or government certification. Any requested statement, stamp or specific translator credential must be assessed and expressly agreed; it is not automatically included.

Specialist credentials and agency work

Requirements for certified or sworn translators vary by destination and recipient. A translation company does not automatically hold such credentials. Trademark or patent agency work and lawyer services require their own applicable qualifications or filings. Another company’s credentials do not transfer to YIJING.

Check the recipient requirements before commissioning

Ask which language, format, translator credentials, statements, stamps and separate official procedures are required. Share those instructions before work starts. We do not promise universal acceptance, a filing outcome or a successful registration.

Understand the separate procedures

This page describes our service scope. It is not legal advice or a substitute for the receiving institution’s current requirements.

Translation and notarization are different services

YIJING provides translation, editing and related language services. We do not provide notarization or issue apostilles or consular legalization. A translation statement or company stamp does not replace these procedures. Arrange any required notarization with a competent institution according to the place of issue, intended use and recipient requirements. Acceptance is determined by the receiving institution.
