The inquiry form
The form prepares a message in your own email application. Form entries are not submitted to a website database, and this website does not provide document uploads. An email is sent only when you choose to send it in your email application.
Email correspondence
Inquiries are addressed to hello@helloyijing.com. Include only information needed to discuss your project. Agree on confidentiality arrangements before emailing sensitive documents.
Hosting and external resources
The website hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts when available. This version does not add advertising analytics or marketing cookies.

Language preference & budget tools
Your selected language is saved in local storage on your device. The document search and budget calculator run in your browser; their inputs are not submitted to our server. You can clear the language preference by clearing this website’s local storage.
Translation and notarization are different services
YIJING provides translation, editing and related language services. We do not provide notarization or issue apostilles or consular legalization. A translation statement or company stamp does not replace these procedures. Arrange any required notarization with a competent institution according to the place of issue, intended use and recipient requirements. Acceptance is determined by the receiving institution.
